Contractor Prequalification (CUPCCAA & AB2031)

Each year, GUSD invites licensed contractors to participate and be subject to the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA), pursuant to Public Contract Code 22030-22045. Interested contractors are required to apply online by clicking on the link below and following the instructions in order to be considered for the District's list of approved, qualified contractors for the 2019 calendar year. Once an application is submitted online, the registered contractor will have the ability to view the status of their application.

  • Click here to complete a contractor application.
  • Click here to complete a contractor prequalification process (CUPCCAA).
  • Click here to complete an AB 2031 contractor prequalification process.

When you register your company, please make sure you include the description of your license classification; such as, General Building Contractor, Low Voltage System Contractor, Electrical Contractor, etc.  This will help us to identify contractors for a specific project to send invitations.

Note: In addition to possessing a valid Contractor's License, and pursuant to SB 854, DIR Contractor Registration with California Department of Industrial Relations is required for contractors who wish to bid or perform work on public works projects.
