This introductory course in Digital Arts and Animation provides students with the opportunity to express their creativity through design using technology. It also offers a comprehensive exploration of the foundations of digital art.

Open to all 7-10 grade students
Expand your opportunities and options in one of the most exciting and sought-after industries! Students in the program will be prepared to take and pass the FAA Part 107 Exam which allows them to fly drones for hire. Students will learn safety best practices and gain the necessary knowledge to earn their Remote Pilot Certificate.
Spring 2024 Course: January 16, 2024 to May 28, 2024
Tuesdays 4 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Location: Clark Magnet High School, Room 6301
Must be 16 years or older
Students will have hands-on learning opportunities with the various manufacturing and machining tools in the Manufacturing Lab. Students will work collaboratively in small teams to create parts that integrate into a larger, more complex product.

Open to 7-10 grade students
In this two-year hybrid program, you will learn how to work in a physician’s office or urgent care, check vital signs, conduct EKG’s, understand the blood drawing process, and gain an understanding of insurance practices. Class is held virtually on Mondays, and in person on Wednesdays. Upon completion of the program, students have the ability to become a certified medical assistant.
