Zoom Cloud Recordings

Blue cloud with a white page with a blue camera (Zoom logo)To manage the limited cloud recording storage for the district, recordings older than 30 days will automatically be deleted.  Please use the steps below to download or delete your cloud recordings.  Recordings saved to local storage on a laptop or desktop computer will not be affected by the scheduled cleanup.

 

Accessing cloud recordings

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Recordings.  You will see a list of cloud recordings that you started.
  3. Adjust the date range and status, then search by host, meeting ID, topic, or keyword.
    Note: There is no limit on the date you can specify.

Downloading or deleting cloud recordings

  1. Access your cloud recordings as mentioned above.  Make sure Cloud Recordings is the selected section.
  2. Find the cloud recording you want to download or delete.
  • To download
  1. Click More.
  2. Select Download.
  • To delete
  1. Click More.
  2. Select Delete. In the Confirmation pop-up window, click Yes.
